Dear everyone,
Contrary to (what seems to be) popular belief, I do own a mirror and I look into it daily. So would you please stop telling me that:
1. My hair is fading.
2. My roots are showing.
3. My bangs need a trim.

Work Music.
So you guys know that I work in a grocery store, right? Have you ever noticed that grocery stores tend to have really shitty music? Our music doesn’t even seem to cover the full 24 hours that we’re open. Sometimes I’ll hear the same bad song twice in a shift, and on a four day working weekend like this one, I hear them in my fucking dreams.
Now, this complaint is crazy petty...

If you really love a show or movie that is based...
just freaking read it already!
If you really love the show/movie, you have nothing to lose by reading the book or comic that it came from. In fact, you’ll probably gain something from the experience, such as an obsession with a book series or a graphic novel collection that looks pretty sweet on your Ikea book shelf. Just go on and try it.

Abandoned and Creepy as Hell
There’s an abandoned water park not far from Hamilton, called Prudhomme’s Landing. I went there once as a kid (when it was open!) and just barely remember it. On a recent drive to Niagara Falls, my buddy said she wanted to stop at Prudhomme’s to grab a piece of a water slide or something.
I was horrified.
I can’t explain it, but the thought of going to an abandoned...

Well, summer has come and gone, and I’ve officially started my final year as an undergraduate. This summer, I barely played any video games. I’ve been reading non-stop, and it’s been great. I’ve recently finished series one of the Doctor Who reboot/continuation and I have to say, Christopher Eccleston is fucking legit. I’m definitely going to miss the ninth doctor, but I know I’ll love ten just as much. David Tennant is as precious as he is awesome. This show makes me so happy you guys! I can’t wait to watch more!
