During the King of the Nerds finale, this was one of their trivia questions. Answer C made me laugh so much! Remember The King of Kong? Steve Wiebe was the guy with the Donkey Kong high score, and Billy Mitchell was out to get him lol. Excellent reference!
Oh and (a little late but) I thoroughly enjoyed that entire episode. It was great to see all the nerds come back (Hendrik and Brandon!!) and obviously *super great* to see Celeste win! :D
I met Sean Astin at Toronto ComiCon on Saturday!
When I went up for my picture, I introduced myself and he was very sweet! He tried to make small talk while we were posing for the pic (it was AGES! ages with my arm around Samwise the Brave!) and asked me if I’d been waiting long, so through a grin, still facing the camera I said “Oh not at all! Noot at all!!” lol. I made sure to thank him afterwards too, and looked right at him as I said it in an attempt to be memorable and not just another derp on the conveyor belt of fans :p
This really meant a lot to me, and I am so thankful that he was there. <3

Just finished reading the first three issues of Fionna and Cake. Noelle’s comic was too cute! I feel like she was meant to draw for Adventure Time, because she is a master of long bendy arms and legs :D
Celeste is my pick for the King of the Nerds finale on Thursday night! I know her in person and so I’m a bit biased, but I have had my share of other beloved contestants and would still like to see her win!
Oh and for the record, I LOVE Virgil’s nerdy dancing. :)
